With one eyebrow raised, Jay can't help but smirk before nodding. "If that's the case, then try me."
That made the girl lift her head and finally meet Jay's gaze. "W-what?"
"I'm saying try me," Jay said once more, a little more friendly tone this time, "as your tenant."
