the video showed shouta setting up the camera in what looked to be a nursery. the man stopped fidgeting with the camera before stepping over to the crib, his expression melting into something unbearably fond as he reached inside to heft the little bundle up, izuku kicking his dangling feet.
there was a pause as the man stared at his child as though izuku grew an extra limb before shouta blinked in confusion. “where’s your scrunch?”
the confusion slowly melted from shouta’s face and was replaced with surprise, then, to something akin to awe and disbelief.
“are you smiling at me, bubba? can you see me?” he asked the baby, izuku responding with a coo.
