Summary
That space in Gyuvin’s chest, which he had carved so readily, suddenly and all too clearly seemed not enough for the omega standing in front of him. Gyuvin wanted to offer him all of it— the entirety of his ugly, bleeding, beating heart, and watch as his syrupy blood dripped down Ricky’s pretty, pretty hands and stained the soft centres of his palms.
Maybe he could convince him to marry Gyuvin instead. Apart from a title, what did Jiwoong offer that he could not multiply? He would still be in the Duke’s family, if he were to be Gyuvin’s wife; he could enjoy the privilege, the wealth, the status and anything he could ever wish for. Gyuvin would provide it; dig it out of the earth with nothing but his hands if Ricky so much as asked.
“I’m Shen Quanrui, but just Ricky is fine. I’ve heard much about you.”
Shen Quanrui. What a pretty name. ‘Marry me,’ Gyuvin wanted to say. “Oh, really? Only good things, I hope,” he said instead.

Gyuvin gets it. The heart palpitations. The stomach swoops. The blushing, the touches, the staring, the butterflies, the, the, the; that this boy in front of him is now something more to him, more than they could ever be.
Fuck, is Gyuvin’s first coherent thought. Then, I think I’m in love with you.
