“Hanahaki disease?” He looked at the pages before him, thankful they were in the ship and out of the harsh wind outside.
“That’s what Lincoln called it.” Her mask was low enough that he could see her bite her lip as she leaned over their shared table, pointing to one of the drawings in front of him. It was a basic outline of lungs, the tracheae prominent as a harsh dark flower sprouted at the base of the throat. “I wouldn’t have believed it if I hadn't seen the flower petals myself.”
His fingers lightly pressed the etching, thankful the picture didn’t smudge. He strained his eyes a bit to read the words, bending over the table.

Summary
“There’s a boy in our camp who’s sick.” She didn’t bother sitting down or even greeting the other man, words coming in spurts around her lungs as she tried to breath. “He’s been coughing for a few weeks now. Today he started throwing up. Flower petals. He’s throwing up flower petals.”
Lincoln’s face changed then, he waved them to sit down, throwing a couple of twigs on the fire. “Hanahaki.”
“What?” Clarke squatted where she stood, refusing to make herself comfortable till she knew what to do, till she knew how to fix this.
“He has Hanahaki disease."
Hanahki Disease : An illness born from unrequited love, where the patient’s throat will fill up with flower, they will then proceed to throw, and cough up the petals, (sometimes even the flowers). One of the only ways for the disease to ‘disappear’ is if, the said person returns the feeling. The infection can also be removed through surgery, though the feelings disappear along with the petals. If they choose nether options, or the feeling is not returned in time, then the patient’s lungs will fill up with flowers, and will eventually suffocate.

The Soulmate AU where Bellamy needs a fake soulmate to convince his ex he's moved on with his life and Clarke is totally okay with being recruited to be a fake soulmate to her actual soulmate that decided years ago he didn't want a soulmate. It's complicated.

Summary
The funeral was on a Wednesday.
Funerals were never a big deal on the Ark. Bellamy can count the number of funerals he went to on one hand, because they only did any celebration if the person who passed was someone of importance. Even then, he didn’t care about anyone they were mourning, but instead he looked at the clock, counting the moments until it was over. Then, when they were on the Ground, the original 100 died one after another, they didn’t have time for any fanfare.
So this is the first funeral Bellamy is a part of that makes him feel like someone’s punched a whole in his chest. Echo’s standing near him, close enough so he can pretend she’s touching him, but even she is afraid to be near him. His entire family are doing nothing more than staring at him, or the ground, or the gravestone. They feel fragmented as well, hovering around each other as if afraid to go anywhere near. Near each other, near the other Grounders.
Near the empty grave.

Upon landing in the new world, it seemed like humanity finally had a chance at peace. When suddenly something is taken from them, Bellamy and crew must find a way to navigate this new world when it feels like it's falling apart.

Summary
Bellamy gets injured in a Quidditch game and gets sent to the hospital wing, where Clarke volunteers during her free periods. She checks up on him during the night, and the next time he gets injured, she happens to be there again. Then it keeps happening.
"Is flirting by constant self-injury really the way you want to play this, Blake?" Murphy asked.
"Shut up, it wasn't on purpose," Bellamy grumbled, clutching at his fingers.
"I'm just saying, most people would probably just ask the girl out. Then, I suppose, most people are normal."
Bellamy would have made an obscene hand gesture at his friend but he knew it would hurt too much, so he aimed a kick at him instead.

Clarke isn't coping well with peacetime on the Eligius ship, and while Bellamy has woken some of the others (mainly spacekru) and tries to organise a trip to the ground, making decisions and considering all the variables, Clarke makes a choice of her own:
She'll take herself out of the equation.
OR: the post season 5 idea I had to write because all of the unresolved emotional turmoil this season is actually killing me and someone needs to notice that Clarke is in pain, for the love of god.

Summary
'Every lover is a soldier. Love is a warfare.'
I've changed this description a thousand times. None of them felt honest. I just wanted to read a story of broken people finding each other and dancing to good music in the middle of nowhere. I also wanted to figure out how to write about consuming love. The beginning isn't great, it slowly gets better. It's dramatic, extreme, a very unrealistic love story. But it is a love story. And there are a few lines that make me smile.
