Caitlyn straightened her knees, taking a few quick breaths.
She could feel Vi’s heat radiating against her back.
“That’s it, Cupcake, nice and low. Now, breathe out,” Vi said, and Caitlyn could feel her forearms right alongside her waist. Not touching - never touching unless Caitlyn actually needed help.
Vi was always perfectly professional.
Unfortunately.
Caitlyn blew out a stream of air, sending her her awareness of Vi’s every move, her scent, her breath on the sweat that had collected along Caitlyn’s back, left bare by her sports bra with it
“Core tight! Only two more.”
Vi’s fingertips were against the bare skin of her stomach and then gone. A tap to remind her to engage her core.
Vi was always there.
She really was exceptional at her job.
And exceptionally attractive.
“You’ve got this! I’m right here with you.”
Caitlyn's smile at the words vanished as she remembered:

Vi was fucking nervous.
Today at 9AM, she had an interview at a fancy ass gym.
She'd done her masters in Exercise Science and then worked at The Last Drop (of Sweat) of a few years, but she wanted some more experience, and, frankly, she needed the connections.
But she was nervous, so she was an hour early, and she'd stopped in at a coffee shop to kill some time.
She'd ordered herself a coffee and a scone, and now she was standing at the end of the bar, waiting for her coffee, texting Powder, and trying not to absolutely lose her shit in the forty-five minutes she had until her interview.
Vi shook her head, rolling her eyes at Pow’s latest message: “just dont spill ur coffee on ur new boss and youll be fine”
She looked around the little coffee shop, checking out the tables to see if she could maybe sit since she didn’t want to patrol around in front of the gym like a creep while she waited for her interview.
And her eyebrows hit her hairline as she caught sight of someone—the most gorgeous woman she’d ever seen—standing in line, typing on the phone.

Oh, this was fucking perfect. Vi had been pissed since they had spotted the shiny, silver and blue bus that had “University of Piltover” painted on the side in neat font stopped on the side of the road with steam rolling out of the engine.
Vander and Ekko had gotten off to see if Ekko could help.
Ekko had gotten back on the bus after not very long, hollering over the music, which had gotten cranked since they were just sitting there, “yeah, they’re stuck. Radiator’s shot, it’ll need replacement parts and we’re nowhere near auto stores.”
There were a few groans of sympathy, despite the fact that the whole team knew the bus was full of a bunch of stuck up Pilties.
Vander wasn’t back on the bus yet, which meant…Vi didn’t know what.
“Hey, Mylo! Can you see him? What’s happening?”
“I don’t know. Oh, hold up. He just pointed at the bus! The fuck does that mean?”
Vi had a sneaking suspicion that whatever it meant, it was likely to make her day worse.

Something warm builds in her chest as fingers trace patterns down the expanse of her back, moving like they’ve memorized the ink on her skin. Vi tries again, “it's seven. What about dinner?”
“Don’t need it.” An unsurprisingly Caitlyn answer. One she doesn’t appreciate because this woman is a menace to her own health. But Vi plans to spend forever with this girl, so there's no chance she gets away that easily.

When Caitlyn pauses, Vi worries for a moment that maybe she was too obvious.
But then Caitlyn chuckles, it's low and inviting, reaching her hand up to cup Vi’s jaw, pulling them even closer. They’re nose to nose and everything about Caitlyn is overwhelming her senses. The melodic sound of her laugh. The gleam in her eyes that makes Vi feel transparent. The tingling sensation in Vi’s jaw that stroking fingers leave in their wake. The smell of old books and the coffee she just drank.

“I will ask you again” the accented voice had darkened in tone and Violet knew better than to play around. “Who are you and why are you here?”
“My name is Violet and I came here because I was on the run from a fuckton of guards”
“And how did you get that?” her head nodded towards the stolen bow that was lying amongst her possessions in her cell. Her weapons were gone, but the innocent bow lay on the cold stone still, the C.K. initials shining in the moonlight.
“I stole it okay? Fuck. If you want it so badly, you can have it!” she cried out, unable to keep herself from swearing because she was being held at fucking knifepoint and the whole thing was causing her to currently be dealing with a soaked underwear situation. Fucking brilliant.

That was when she heard it. A soft, feminine giggle from her right. Vi’s grey eyes dragged themselves away from the door and towards the sound, only to find a rather pretty girl standing by the t-shirt section. Apparently she had witnessed the entire encounter because the playful grin she gave Vi was clearly telling her that she had enjoyed what she had just heard.

“Not bad at all” Vi purred in return, her mind racing through options on how to make her pay. Then, it hit her.
The grin on her lips grew more smug as she whispered to Caitlyn “You do, however, forget that I am in possession of one very important piece of information…”
Caityln’s eyes narrowed slightly "which is?"
“I know your weakness” Vi playfully exclaimed.
“Alright. Enlighten me” Caitlyn purred, her tone hinting at sarcasm. “What is my weakness?”
Before answering, Vi’s smug grin leisurely broadened. Then, she answered with a single word.
“Me”
Before Caitlyn could even process the answer, Vi pushed herself up to capture Caitlyn’s lips in a heated kiss.
