Summary
Heartbroken but understanding his and Kaede's romantic relationship can't continue due to struggling realizations of Kaede's sexual orientation, Saihara Shuichi, is 16 years old in his second year of high school when he and Kaede broke up.
He knows that, with time, time will heal his heart and he and Kaede can continue to resort back to being best friends, this time, with more mutual understanding.
But until then, he'll have to deal with interacting with an enigma of a customer at his 711 job, Ouma Kokichi.

It's a pretty unrealistic conclusion, all things considered. But he didn't know how else to explain it.
Shuichi is stuck in a time loop.
Forced to relive the same night over and over... that cruel night where someone dies in that hydraulic press. Shuichi's confident that if he can stop these events from playing out- if he can save that someone's life- then time would progress normally once again. He just... has to figure out how to do that.
And heaven knows, help comes from the most startling of places.
