Soobin stands his ground next to the door, too confused and embarrassed to move. He thought he had run into Yeonjun's bedroom, but clearly he hadn't. It was Taehyun’s. Soobin had closed himself in Taehyun’s bedroom with Taehyun’s boyfriend.
“I'm so sorry!” Soobin gasps, finally coming to his senses when Beomgyu smiles at him awkwardly. “I thought this was Hyung's room, oh my gosh, I'm so sorry. I'll leave.”

When Yuuta rescues a strange boy bleeding in the snow, little does he know that his life is about to change forever.
He can’t look away.
Inumaki had killed this thing with his voice.
“It’s a… monster,” Yuuta whispers, wide-eyed. As the nightmare fish disappears into the ether, Yuuta turns his stunned gaze back to the wounded boy by the slide. Inumaki looks exhausted but his eyes carry a sort of empathetic sadness, as if he’s sorry he’s exposed Yuuta to such a thing. “It was going to… hurt me.”
Toge nods, clutching the water bottle Yuuta had given him.
“And you have… powers.” It feels like a strange word to say, unreal.
Toge nods again, almost hesitantly, but Yuuta’s panic is transforming into excitement as he puts the pieces together, eyes shining in amazement as he stares at the other boy. It all makes sense now.
“Inumaki, you’re a superhero.”

“Or else we’ll have to kidnap you and make sure you’re taking care of yourself!” Beomgyu smiles, like it’s a joke, but Soobin’s only half-convinced. It’s not like kidnapping a random, nobody of a person like Soobin would be difficult. He takes another step back. Kai nudges Beomgyu in a way that has the shorter alpha wincing.
“Hyung! You can’t just say that! You’ll scare him!”
“Aish, it was a joke! I promise!”
Nope. Soobin’s not risking it.
Ignoring the rest of their conversation about the merits and morality of kidnapping him to make sure he ‘eats enough tteokbokki and ice cream!’, Soobin turns on his heel and power walks to the back room without a single glance back.

He’d gotten worse from stepping on a sharp rock in camp just last week. The dead fox lay three paces off, its head facing away. From this angle Jaskier couldn’t see whether or not he’d imagined the foam at its mouth.
Geralt still wouldn’t look at him.
“Don’t say it,” Jaskier begged one last time.
“It was rabid,” said Geralt flatly.
