Bagi Ryul, waktu seolah berhenti berputar di jam 03.14 pagi—saat di mana Byul, gadis yang menjadi kompas hidupnya, mengembuskan napas terakhir akibat kanker.
Tiga tahun berlalu, Ryul sukses menjadi Manajer yang mapan, namun raganya hanyalah sebuah cangkang kosong yang hancur di dalam. Semua orang menuntutnya untuk move on, tetapi Ryul memilih mengunci hatinya rapat-rapat.
Sampai akhirnya, proyek merger kantor mempertemukannya dengan Ohyul.
