Anyone who is deemed to be more beautiful than Aphrodite will be cursed and stripped off their beauty. Yet, when Beomgyu's eyes lay on the lover of the boy who dares to slander the Goddess of Beauty, he finds himself falling instead.

“You’re so beautiful, do you know that?” the boy murmurs softly. “You’re more beautiful than Aphrodite herself.”
That is enough to incur Beomgyu’s anger. He is vexed by the absolute ignorance of this boy, completely oblivious to the blasphemy he said. How dare he compare Aphrodite’s beauty to a mere mortal? How dare he call a worthless mortal more beautiful than him, the Goddess of Beauty?
Vile. Absolutely fucking vile. It cannot go unpunished. Just wait till he strips the beauty off his lover. The boy will never dare say such words again.
As he is preparing to lay a curse on the boy’s lover, it is then he hears small giggles escape from the lover’s lips. It only serves to feed his rage. Oh? He thinks this is funny?
“Don’t be silly,” the lover says when his giggles have subsided. Beomgyu’s eyes are solely focused on him now. “You’re talking about the Goddess of Beauty.”

Summary
Living in the outskirts of the city run by vampires for the whole of his life, Choi Yeonjun has managed to evade their attention thus far. That is, until the night of The Hunt comes and he finds himself getting entangled with one of the most powerful vampires, Choi Beomgyu.

“Will it hurt?” Yeonjun asks shakily as he looks directly into the vampire’s crimson red eyes, no longer caring about whatever potential compulsion that may happen to him.
“I can make it pleasurable for you,” the vampire murmurs softly into his ear.
Yeonjun shivers. He has never had his blood sucked by a vampire before. He has only heard of the painful stories of those who did. He has no idea how this could be pleasurable at all.
“Can you make it quick?” Yeonjun requests pleadingly.
Unexpectedly, the vampire laughs. It is not the sinister kind of laugh. Instead, it sounds… genuine. Like what Yeonjun said was funny. Like this is a hilarious situation when it is far from it.
“Yeonjun,” the vampire utters in a pitying tone. “You seem to think that you have a choice.”
