It's not like Peter Parker wished to be Spider-Man. Sure, he had the fanciful superhero daydream, same as anyone, but actually waking up with super strength and super flexibility and super senses (came with an inclusive buy 3-get-1 free eternal overstimulation) is a whole 'nother can of worms.
It doesn't help that the world was hellbent on getting bigger everytime Peter looked away, he was just the one spider.
Alternatively; New York's friendly neighborhood Spider-Man is just trying his best to keep the streets clean and not worry his aunt May too much, if only that annoying thing called social life would leave him alone when he's got the mask on.

He had an absurd fear that someone would lean over and read his post, that they would point and yell at people to come over and laugh at the little homeless med student.
Obviously, that didn't happen, but it only made his mood worsen. He had just gotten the rug pulled from underneath his feet and the world dared to keep spinning. People still bought overpriced coffee and stale sandwiches and took mirror selfies in the millions of mirrors peppered around the shop.
It had, oddly, reminded Dennis of tornados back home.

Summary
Tanjiro doesn't descend the mountain that fateful day, but Nezuko does go out looking for herbs. Nezuko loses most of her family in one fell swoop, vows to turn her brother back to normal, and kill the demon behind it all.
Coupled with a one-armed Water Pillar, a two year heads-up on Muzan's activity, and the inherent melodrama of a 12 year old girl, the demons simply won't know what hit 'em til it's too late.

The Yondaime Hokage was officially known to have the shortest reign in the history of all Hokage's, and non-officially known as having the most gruesome death. 'Ripped apart by the Kyuubi's tails' was right next to 'forceful extraction of Biju' and 'stray Uzumaki decides to fuck with you' on most shinobi's please-oh-God-don't-let-me-die-like-this list.
But here's a less official tidbit; Namikaze Minato's body was never recovered, not close to Uzumaki Kushina's cooling body nor his wailing son. Konoha was left to bury an empty casket, and his guards plus a little scraggly teenager with a shock of grey hair were left only with his kunai to mourn.
So it quite understandably causes a ruckus when the same dead Yondaime suddenly pops up 12 years after his supposed death.
