Summary
Lan Wangji should refuse. He should. He looks back down at the mask. Beneath it is the soft creamy paper of the invitation. He could present this at the door and slip into the palace and—
“Go see him, Wangji,” Lan Xichen says quietly, and Lan Wangji feels his resolve crumble beneath him.
A very loose Cinderella AU, featuring Lan Wangji as Cinderella, Wei Wuxian as Prince Charming, Lan Xichen as fairy godmother, the forehead ribbon as glass slipper, and GusuLan bedtime as midnight.

Summary
"Didn't catch me, though."
"No, unfortunately." Charles has moved closer again, or maybe Max has, he's not entirely sure anymore. His hand settles against Max's forearm as he leans in to be heard, and he gives Max a smile that has absolutely no business being directed at him after midnight in a fucking nightclub. "But I made you work for it."
Max's eyes drop to his mouth, and Charles sees it, because he's standing right there, looking at Max while he does it, and when Max looks up again Charles is still smiling, only now there's a slight flush climbing his neck and his hand hasn't left Max's arm.
"Yeah," Max says, and his voice comes out a little lower than he'd intended. "You did."
_____
or: Charles shows up to the Singapore Grand Prix in a black race suit, and Max realizes that he's far from being over his Charles Leclerc problem.

Summary
"Are you going for the course?" Lovegood asked. "You have the NEWTs.”
“What course?” Draco said, then, “No, don’t be ridiculous,” when he realized she meant the notice pinned up on the board he’d been staring at: Applicants To The Introductory Mediwizard Course For The Coming Term Shall Present Themselves In The Chief Mediwizard’s Office By August 24th.
“Oh, I thought you might,” she said. “Well, goodbye.” And off she wandered again in her addled way.
