Summary
Gojo Satoru had been sent to deal with what his clan had called a “minor incident” involving a child of Toji Fushiguro—the infamous Sorcerer Killer. He wasn’t sure what he expected when he arrived, but a snowy field littered with cursed spirits was not it.
Becoming a teenage dad wasn't on his bingo card, nor on his infinity length bucket list, it creeped on him and by the time he noticed, the very idea held him in a chokehold and he had no choice but to give in or die. But hey, it's not like he's the one complaining.

"It's unfair."
Satoru sits up, tilting his head. He doesn't say anything, but Megumi knows hes asking for more.
"She...she started talking about parents, she--uh, she said that adoptive parents aren't real parents."
Megumi watches as Satoru's eyes glaze over a little, before shifting to Megumi's desk where a single photo sits propped up in a simple black frame. The day Satoru had officially adopted them. November 8th, 2015. Two years ago. Megumi had been eleven, Tsumiki twelve. Satoru looked like he was the happiest man alive, standing behind them, adoption papers in one hand and the other raised in the air.
Megumi's 98% sure it's the only picture he has where he's genuinely smiling. Tsumiki's beam was enough for the both of them though. They'd dressed in their finest clothes for the court, and Tsumiki had even brought a comb to Megumi and Satoru's unruly hair. Either way, it was the day that sealed Satoru as their adoptive father, primary caretaker. It was what made all the effort and tears worth it.
Or, Megumi has some trouble with school.

Summary
Entering the small bakery, Gojo was greeted by the comforting smell of warm bread and cinnamon. What little seating they had was filled with patrons, a few of them accompanied by dogs who sniffed at Gojo curiously when he walked by. Gojo ignored them in favor of checking out the cakes on display. While everything looked amazing—Gojo had to come back another time to try all of this—none of it really screamed 'six-year-old's birthday'. That is, until he spotted the smaller display case near the counter.
It wasn't your traditional birthday cake by any means—in fact, Gojo didn't think it was technically cake at all. The treat that caught Gojo's eye was a large, soft frosted cookie in the shape of a dog bone—possibly cinnamon-flavored. A little odd, but Megumi absolutely adored dogs. The kid had practically harassed Gojo into teaching him how to summon his divine dogs, completely smitten by the idea of summoning two canine companions anytime he wanted. A dog-themed birthday cookie couldn't be more perfect.

Gojo nearly forgets Megumi's birthday, but does a pretty good job with some last-minute purchases...or so he thought.

Summary
Satoru thinks that maybe, just maybe, he could afford to celebrate Christmas this year. Megumi looks hopeful, eyes shining with gratitude, and even if he wanted to, Satoru would never be able to deny this child the happiness and recklessness that comes with being one.
Or: megumi admits that he never really had a proper christmas, and satoru takes it upon himself to teach him the joyfulness of expending crazy amounts of money once a year to buy a tree and decorations.
