Summary
One by one, Kylo sends the Knights of Ren to kill Rey. Things don't go as planned.
“The scavenger is strong.”
“Stronger than you, anyway,” Kylo spits back. He mentally supplies the obvious, needling response himself: that apparently she is also stronger than him, and he can feel a battering ram of anger from Cardo with some kind of tainted smugness underneath. Which Kylo doesn't have the time or inclination to parse out. “Is anybody not intimidated by a twenty-year-old girl who spent most of her life starving on a backwater desert planet?”
The rest of the knights raise their hands.

But whether or not this is the kind of love he’s been taught to revere, Ben thinks about Rey through the rest of Christmas break. He daydreams about his professor's smart mouth, the way her expressions always start at the curve of her lips. How she tasted when they kissed.
He remembers Rey leaning in, deliberately opening her mouth to his in the fraction of a second before she pulled away. It’s probably a figment of his imagination, a consolation his memory has constructed to soothe the sting of her rejection, but Ben wants it to be true. He wants it to be true so badly that he can’t be sure it is.

Summary
Rey looked down onto the empty orange bottle seated on the edge of her bathroom sink. She knew realistically that staring super hard at the bottle wouldn’t magically make it refill with suppressant pills, but she was willing to try anything this point.
The newest edition on the ever-growing list of Shit Rey Experiences', is being unable to get suppressants.
