Summary
Kromer and Demian were the first people to suddenly just come into Sinclair's life and change it forever; but after accepting a challenge from the former to skip class, Sinclair runs into somebody he's never seen at school before. She smokes, she speaks strangely, she has striking red eyes one can't help but get lost in, and she calls herself Ryoshu. Ryoshu doesn't offer liberation from society or some kind of enlightening perspective on life, yet Sinclair still wishes to get closer to her.

After escaping the House of Spiders, Ryoshu wants to try to have some semblance of a "normal" life for both herself and Araya when the time finally comes. At first school was a means to an end, a way to stay out of trouble and possibly get a proper job in the future, so she just assumed she wouldn't be able to make friends... until that Emil Sinclair showed up all of a sudden. There wasn't any reason to deny his companionship, so she'll just see where this goes for the time being.Bookmarked by primegamin29

When Percy Jackson slipped into the car Thalia Grace had occupied, he'd expected a neat conversation, maybe a bit of a retreat from having to sleep in cold, lonesome cars for a bit.
He certainly hadn't expected to confront a new-found fascination with muscular thighs, nor confront the crush he'd been nursing since meeting her in the summer, but, well, here we are.
Who would've thought it would be returned though? They do argue like a married couple though...
With the Great Prophecy hanging over their heads, and so much pressure on their shoulders, sometimes comfort has to be found in letting go with another person, just for a little bit. Life's too short.
(a one-shot, for now, unless people like this enough. Then I might do a Heroes of Olympus second chapter.)
