The guys in Minnesota have accepted that he has some odd quirks. He won't share waterbottles. He won't drink with the team. He won't ever stay at a place that isn't his own if he can help it, and won't ever accept an invite to hang with a guy alone in his hotel room or his apartment.
Jack and Luke have never known him with these habits, and Minnesota have never known him without them. They have only ever known him as what happened, who he became, after.

“Hey.” Kirill says, eyes meeting Quinns. “You okay?” He asks softly. The locker room around them isn’t quiet but everyone is chatting in hushed tones.
Quinn scrunches his eyebrows up in question. “What?”
“Your nose.” Kirill says, touching his forefinger to the bridge of his nose.
“Oh, yeah, it’s fine.” He says, waving it off.
Kirill raises an eyebrow at him and Quinn huffs a laugh. “Your lip too?” Kirill asks, reaching out to cup Quinns face in his hand, tilting it back up while gently touching the bruising mark at the corner of Quinns mouth with his thumb.
