Suguru Geto leaves a while after the incident with Riko Amai and Toji Fushiguro.
Satoru Gojo died that day, but he didn't tell anybody. He then actually died, when Geto Suguru left, and took a piece of Gojo Satoru with him—and people could tell despite him saying nothing.
Gojo knows RCT. Gojo also knows how it felt to die. And, he doesn't have anything stopping himself from feeling good. Can't he be a little selfish?
