5. Talk about your students. You relax when you talk about those little brats. It’s cute.
6. Ask about their art. Obviously.
7. Gummy worms for when you inevitably blow it.
8. Oh and the word is “hello”, dumbass.OR: Long time yearning victim, Feng Xin, takes up Mu Qing's offer to help him date. It goes about as poorly as Mu Qing believed it would.

"Did you hear what I said or do you need a repetition?" Hua Cheng reminded before picking up the mug and taking a sip.
Feng Xin, who was already drinking, had the urge to just spit it all out on him.
"I heard. God am I a mess without him" Feng Xin said in a lower tone.
Hua Cheng hummed in agreement "And how's your daughter doing?"
If Feng Xin was feeling bad, now he felt worse. He covered his face with his hands in shame. "I have no idea" his voice came out muffled.

Or, after 3 years of marriage, Feng Xin and Mu Qing get a divorce. This isn't the first time they were together then broke it off. But This time, they are no longer dumb highschoolers or broke college students. This time, they are parents.

Summary
The previous night, Feng Xin had asked for his help picking an outfit for some unspecified event. Mu Qing was confused by the request because Feng Xin had never asked him for fashion advice before. Actually, Mu Qing is pretty sure he’s never seen the man wear anything but sweatpants and hoodies, and he’s not sure how well those can be styled. Curiosity got the better of him and he agreed to help. He regretted it almost immediately when he saw what kind of clothes he was choosing from. It was all formal, dress wear.
His heart lurched realizing Feng Xin was undoubtedly asking him for help picking an outfit for a date. When had Feng Xin planned on dating? In all the years he’s known Fen Xin, he’s never once seen him go out on a date. Feng Xin can barely be in the same room with a woman. There’s no way he’d be able to have a relationship with one. He knows Feng Xin has only dated one girl and that was when he wasn’t around to see it.
