Summary
Six thousand years of dessert served with a generous dollop of pining. Aziraphale and Crowley indulge in a myriad of historical treats across tables and across time—and maybe something a little sweeter, too.

This collaborative tasting menu is brought to you by twelve (previously) anonymous authors as a Halloween trick-or-treat. Each chapter is the specialty of a single chef as part of a shared, sugar-dusted history.

Summary
Aziraphale would never use a miracle for something as banal as a table in a restaurant. Not ordinarily, at least. But Crowley did look a tad rough around the edges, and while Aziraphale was certain the demon would stand on the line out in the sun with no more than the usual amount of fuss if asked to - well.
A bit of reality twisting never hurt anyone. Not really.
He hoped.and
He had ambushed him.
Yes, okay, fine. Perhaps he hadn’t, not really, not without being incredibly hyperbolic and perhaps a bit dramatic. But the angel had just appeared, out of nowhere, in the middle of a crowded and overly warm tavern, looking flushed and soft and entirely too fucking touchable and had begun saying things like let me tempt you. To oysters. Oysters. One meal, from two different perspectives.

Summary
“I’m the holy object,” Aziraphale says, and is also looking frantically around the room, the bookshop, the skylight filtering in the first glimpses of afternoon sun and holding dust particles suspended in their beams, dreamy and soft. “I can’t touch you.”
“Yes you can,” he blurts out, and swallows down the cacophony of what are sure to be any number of embarrassing and hopeful ways in which the angel can touch him, really, whenever. -

Summary
Yes, angels were strong, but Crowley had never expected Aziraphale, guardian of the eastern gate and patron saint of good food and better wine, to be quite this strong.
