Summary
A grin tugs at Aeri’s lips as she pulls them into a casual hug, pushing the girl closer to her chest. Chaewon comes up to her collar and it’s so easy for Aeri to rest her chin on top of the girl’s head. She does so.
Hands bunch up the fabric of Aeri’s shirt, but she doesn’t care when Chaewon’s face begins to resemble the color of a tomato.
“What is it?”
“...can I come over later?”
Aeri blinks at the question. Usually, Chaewon would just come over unannounced. But sure, why not? She nods and stays still as the younger girl begins to detach. There’s a moment where they linger, unsure whether to hug again in goodbye or just wave. And Aeri notices the way Chaewon’s gaze flicks down to her lips, darting back to her eyes with something dark flickering in them.
