Summary
Abed cocked his head to the side as he studied the board mounted on the wall of his new bedroom that was finally starting to feel old. The board covered end-to-end with all the knowledge he had acquired as their friend, from the Mafia episode when Abed had tried to stay ahead of justice and the return of confusing social dynamics. The board that detailed intimate knowledge, particularized lists, and physical evidence for every member of his operation friend group. The detailing of which featured the most thorough picture of her character that he could muster; a picture he stared at, scrutinously, for what felt like hours.
His eyes lingered on her picture for a minute longer, before turning to another spot on the board, just a few inches below.
To the one word, the key to all of this. The key to cracking the barrier between him and human connection. (With Annie, at least.)

(Spoiler Warning: Post-Season 3 Events) Marinette has witnessed the end of all hope for romance between Adrien and herself, and relinquished her hold on him to the worthy Kagami once and for all. But life doesn't always work out like you think it will. While everyone else in his life may be confident one way or another about how he feels, Adrien isn't. And it's not until Marinette gives up on him shortly after he gave up on his own Lady that the foolish model is able to see what he really wants.
And just like that, we see how every corner of their weird little love square become a bit clearer. And would THAT have been so hard, Monsieur Astruc?

“You do look really nice,” chimes in— Roma, she thinks— Bellamy’s plus one, a beautiful and leggy brunette. “That colour looks so good on you!”
Clarke glances down at her shimmery green dress. It is nice, she admits. It’s beautiful in fact. But her mother gave it to her to wear specifically to this party; even though she’d wanted to go more reserved, her mother had insisted that it was important her daughter looked good tonight. And that alone makes it unworthy of praise in Clarke’s eyes. “Thanks.”
“That colour looks like vomit,” Bellamy comments helpfully. Clarke idly wonders why the planners have seated them at the same table.
“Be nice,” Roma chides him with a tinkly laugh, hitting his shoulder. He remains unrepentant, sipping his drink and raising his eyebrows challengingly at Clarke.
Clarke glances around, making sure none of the adults are around before replying, “Go to hell, Bellamy.”
Bellamy pretends to check his watch. “I’ve already been here for two hours.”

Abed’s never liked the idea of having a muse. He’d rather collect inspiration from as many sources as he can find, so the well never runs dry, especially now that he’s landed a job as a production assistant in LA. Plus, the whole concept of person-as-vessel and creator-as-molder has always struck him as possessive and creepy. He'll study the idea if he ever gets to work on a meta-horror film in the general vein of Ex Machina, sure. Actually searching for a muse, though? Nope. Not something that interests him.
But put a loaded gun to his head and say he has to pick someone to play that part?

Annie accidentally destroys Abed's very expensive, probably illegal weighted blanket, which keeps him from having night terrors. The only solution that makes any sense to get everyone some sleep is to be Abed's human weighted blanket. A little hurt/comfort, a little fluff, a little smut if you want.
