Sometimes villains were born out of a life filled with injustices; other times from the pure necessity for vindication or revenge. None of these were the reason for the birth of the Panty Thief. No. Vox's alter ego formula had been a simple one: a bucket of stupidity, a pair of panties in his head and a dream - to break the relationship between the Radio Demon and the King of Hell.
Needlessly to say, this was a plan doomed to fail before it even started.
