What a lot of people didn’t know about Hatake Kakashi was that he had become terrifyingly skilled at telling his nightmares apart from reality. He could tell them apart. That didn’t mean he always did anything about it.
Why wake up from the most absurd version of a war possible when you can make out with the antagonist of it in his—and also your—private secret dimension?
OR: The Fourth War happens. Obito is prepared for his grand speech and even grander actions, and most importantly, for Kakashi to fall apart upon the realisation of everything. The thing is, apparently Kakashi has already lost it and thinks that it all is a hallucination. Obito, mad as fuck, tries to convince him it’s NOT and it all leads to some very... interesting places.
Also, why the fuck does he look like that under the mask? How dare he–?!! HELLO?!!(Basically, peace through French-kiss-no-jutsu or something close to it. An angsty crack where Kakashi is crying in a corner while Obito wants to pull his own hair out. >:3)
