Falls to the omega.They call it a peace offering. Like they are a gift instead of someone being punished. Like being given to the victim's family will somehow create balance, restore harmony, prevent blood feuds from consuming entire packs.
Except peace offerings don't maintain peace.
They just scream quietly enough that both sides can pretend justice has been served.
