Summary
After the Stoneheart thing, Marinette had needed some time.
She’d needed some time to deal with the fact that a supervillain had just used her classmate Ivan to terrorise a city of 2 million people. She’d needed some time to process the fact that the only person with the power to stop the magical supervillain was her.
And then she’d needed even more time to fathom the magical yo-yo she was supposed to stop him with.
So she’d taken some time to improve her terrible aim with the magical yo-yo.
Chat Noir told her later that she’d been… a smashing success.
Marinette punched in the digits 15, and hit the call button.
She’d smacked him in disgust.
“Marinette?” Tikki’s voice sounded so tiny. “Marinette why is Plagg—”
Because she’d done something far worse than hit Chat Noir over the head.
