Summary

“You are right,” Jisoo says, tone even, calm, irritatingly unbothered. “You always were sharp, Jeon. It would be a waste of breath to insult your intelligence with excuses. So let me be perfectly clear: Seokmin is the only one I’d put my life on the line for. If it comes down to a choice—between Seokmin and Mingyu, or Seokmin and anyone else—I won’t hesitate. I will choose Seokmin every time.”

For heaven's sake, it's the very reason why he purposely booked a room at a different hotel—Lotte Hotel Busan—just to avoid this exact same scenario.
