At some point, Eddie’s hand had made its way to Steve’s bad knee, massaging it gently in soothing circles. It was like magic, the way the deep ached subsided just enough for Steve’s posture to slump. He felt like putty under Eddie’s fingertips. Tension melted away from him as Eddie continued his work over his kneecap to the beginning of his thigh. He couldn’t help but close his eyes and let out a contented sigh.
“Do you want me to stop?” Eddie asked quietly.
“Huh?”
“Steve,” Eddie whispered. “Do you want me to stop?”

“You knew Chrissy” Eddie managed to force out, feeling like he was about to vomit. Steve nodded, still looking at the picture. Chrissy’s little face was overtaken by an absolutely enormous grin, and her right hand was tightly grabbing onto Steve’s free left one.
“Who do you think gave her her title?” He asked rhetorically, side-eyeing Eddie to gauge his reaction. When Eddie didn’t give one, Steve sighed, stepping away, “People always get that story wrong though,”
-------Eddie wakes up alone, goes downstairs, and finds out things he wasn't ready to know.

Eddie laughed, wiggling out of his tight pants, and tossing them to the corner of the room to wear again tomorrow. “Kids got taste. You want me to sign something to give to him?”
Steve's students are huge Corroded Coffin fans and he has to pretend he’s not dating the face of the band.
