Summary
It was like there was a block within his brain. Everything felt familiar and then not. He knew he was someone, yet didn’t know who. His stomach growled, his body ached. Standing among the dead, something pressed against the inside of his skull— a thought trying to claw its way out. It wasn’t hard to remember at all, actually. However, no memories lingered with it, no emotions to be felt. Just something so engraved into his psyche that it was automatic; the same way he didn’t have to think for his heart to beat.
Just as the sky was blue and the grass was green, his name was Chuuya Nakahara.
