Summary
Laurence Barnes was known as the soldier Prophet.

He returned thanks to the Nanosuit he wore, and took over a body of a man he once tried to save.When his war with the Aliens known as Ceph was over, he "retired", disappeared from the surface.

One day, quirks came to be and soon Prophet saw that humanity could survive without him, should the Ceph return.
Prophet retired for good and switched identities whenever he was staying too long in one place or got in trouble.It's been decades, no, centuries since then, and Laurence Barnes works a menial, but satisfying job on Hawaii.
Enter Izuku Midoriya, quirkless and currently 7 years old and on vacation with his mother.
Izuku might be quirkless.
But that doesn't mean he won't get in trouble.

This year, UA is experimenting with a new Young Villain and Criminal Reformation Program. Instead of twenty hero students, the first year hero class will be a combination of both hero and villain students....The hero students will have one year to find the villains in their midst in order to escape Eraserhead’s expulsion. For the villains, this is their last shot— it’s blending in or it’s prison.
Midoriya Izuku wants nothing more than to be the first quirkless hero. After failing the practical hero exam, he’s shocked when he receives a letter telling him that he has been offered a tentative position in the illustrious Class 1-A.
