Codename Kids Next Door, alternate universe. This story starts near the end of Operation Zero. What might have happened if the plan to launch the Moon Base at Grandfather had failed? Numbuh Zero stated that there was no way on Earth that they could defeat him. He better hope that he was wrong.
Chapter 14 and on will just be write ups and scenes that I've completed, rather than finished chapters. I decided to finish this even if it's with writeups and ideas rather than the complete story. Maybe one day I'll come back and write it correctly but in case I don't, readers will at least have an ending.
