Reluctantly opening her eyes, voice thick with sleep, she muttered, “Shizune, five more minutes… I’m not Hokage anymore.”
The banging stopped and almost in queue she curled deeper into her bed trying to find a comfortable position once again. Tossing the blanket off, the warmth inside her covers becoming too much.
Her rest couldn’t have lasted more than five minutes before the knocking sound appeared once again, this time though it was accompanied by a scream. “Tsun-chan! It’s nine already, time to wake up!”
