Aerith batted her eyelashes, falsely innocent, her hair held back by a fuzzy red headband. "Y'know—when he turns into a beast?"
The seriousness of the word made Aerith giggle—or maybe it was the warm blush stretching over Tifa's cheeks. The conversation moved on with a mumbled non-answer, but the seed of curiosity had been planted. At breakfast the following morning she recited the question to Vincent like it was a joke. Like it was something that didn't really interest her.
But Vincent had never been good at picking up on jokes, and Tifa had always been a poor actress. He shrugged and answered genuinely, "I don't know. We could try it and see?"
After Aerith poses a question they don't know the answer to, Tifa and Vincent set out to answer it... by having sex while Vincent is the Galian Beast.

Summary
As a puppet moved by the will of its string, Byleth felt her hand raised by the angel’s. She reached for the mirror only to find there was nothing there. No glass, no barrier. Not even her face, but another’s. A tall and stoic man, his face partially obscured by a white mask. His golden hair hung loosely framing his face, unkempt but rather handsome. Where she reached, she found his leather gloved hand and her fingers laced with his.
“An angel,” she whispered, with all the god-fearing reverence she’d denied in her youth. Her free hand brushed the cold skin of his human cheek and, recalling Annette’s ghost stories, she spoke again: “Or a phantom?”
The night of her leading role debut, Byleth is swept away by a phantom that resides beneath the opera house.

“This is… quite kind of you.” Dimitri smiles, tight-lipped and hesitant. Hubert doesn’t return it. “You… know my favorite tea. Chamomile.”
“Chamomile,” Hubert repeats, unsure of what more to say.
He’s never been particularly good with people, nor has he ever entirely understood the appeal of things like small talk and shallow friendships. Dimitri doesn’t make it any easier. King of Faerghus and once-sworn enemy of Her Majesty and the empire, there’s no reason he and Hubert should be seated across from each other as well-intentioned comrades. At their very cores they’re misaligned and, if Hubert had his way, Dimitri would have been dead the moment he stepped foot in Enbarr.
But Edelgard is a forgiving emperor, and if it is her wish to reach out her hand to Dimitri, Hubert has no right to stand in her way.
As the nations of Fodlan begin an alliance, Hubert makes it his business to keep an eye on his former enemy: Dimitri, King of Faerghus. Through a failed friendship scheme, he might realize they have more in common than he expected.

“I have been stabbed,” Franziska says with no preamble, sitting down at the tiny melamine table as matter-of-factly as if this had been a casual visit for tea on a Sunday.
“Yeah,” says Maya. “I noticed that.”
Maya feels the cogs in her brain freewheeling with nothing to catch onto, her head still half in the dream, because for all she knows she’s still dreaming. How else does it make sense that Franziska is even here, right now?
It’s one hell of a coincidence, put it that way.
Franziska just eyes her from across the kitchen with that razor-edge gaze, and raises a perfectly manicured eyebrow.
