The stain on the left side of her face was the colour of pressed lilies. Plum-sized. It lay a finger's breadth below the cheekbone, adorning her skin like old make-up. Joker had seen any form of bruising too often and had done it himself to be stupid enough to even consider that option. The stain was real, dark, probably hours old. And it was not of his doing.

“Save your excuses for those who will listen to them. You are here now,” Dream said, and her words were barely a sigh.Act II: Dream thought Hob was beautiful. It had trouble saying this. Dream could not so easily say to Hob what Hob could fling away carelessly.
“Rubies would suit you better,” Dream said, instead.
Hob’s brows rise towards the heavens. “Me?”Act III: “How about a bet?” Dream asked, the end of the sentence hitching up as Hob rubbed circles around Dream’s dick.

Hob invites Morpheus to attend his shibari performance, to show him what is it about. Morpheus finds it a little too much to his liking :D.
"Shall we start, your grace? Are you ready?" Hob strokes his cheek with the back of his hand so gently that Morpheus has to grasp the hand with both of his and nuzzle into his palm.
"I am." He breathes out. "Reign over me."
That sends goosebumps all over the skin of Hob's forearms and he shudders, his eyes going wide. "God's wounds, you can't say stuff like that to me and not expect me to... adore you." Every stone, every breeze, every dreamer…" He brushed a hand against Loki's cheekbone and Loki jerked his head back. "…is under my power. Indeed, you all are my power. I am those parts of you — both dreams and nightmares — that have driven you across the universe, held scepters of authority, gloried in accolades, among other things..."
Loki tries to use the Thousand Dreamers loophole to change the world. Dream is not happy about this. Still, the King of Dreams and Nightmares has a certain appreciation for creativity and tenacity...Loki is not used to being appreciated.
