"Congratulations." Dr Lee laughed softly at her disbelief, the wrinkles at the corner of her eyes crinkling as she beamed at Nayeon, the idol's bottom lip trembling ever so slightly as she gazed at the doctor with a look of disbelief mixed with sheer hope.
" You're really pregnant."
