Summary
The fondness that used to coat Lena’s voice when she talked to Kara was no longer there, replaced instead by an attempt at neutrality and disinterest. And she knows that the reminder of how honest and open she had been stings. Deep down, she hopes that Kara still values the bond that they had built even as she feels so betrayed.

Who is Cissnei? Kadaj, Loz and Yazoo don't care about that so much as WHY she disappeared from Shinra's records after the termination of Specimen Z and the end of the Jenova Project. Could it be this mysterious Turk went into hiding because she was set to guard something important from that time? Something like ... Jenova's head?
If they have to kill her to find out, well then that's just bad luck for her.
