"On a hunt, one brother is captured by a tentacle monster, that feeds him one of his young, and gives him tentacles. He goes back to the motel and his brother to breed him. He deposits eggs into his brother which hatch inside of him, leading to a live birth. (Maybe the little tentacles creatures then come out to nurse.) Non-tentacle brother is made compliant through tentacle secretion which also help his body become an incubator (handwaves mechanics) and slowly becomes accepting of his role as egg incubator. Would love egg-deposition but then eggs cracking inside the brother and a live birth, tentacle brother assisting and helping the little buggers come out and find his brothers nipples to nurse."What it says on the tin plus some bonus tentacle offspring cannibalism.
