“Eight years,” Jisung says, “I’ve missed you a lot in those eight years.”
And honestly, Seungmin feels the same. Why else couldn’t he leave this apartment? It’s the only solid memory of Jisung that he had left when they separated. He simply couldn’t let it go. So with everything in him, Seungmin replies,
“I’ve missed you a lot too, Jisung. I really missed you a lot.”

Seungmin and Jisung were in love. They exchanged vows right after high school, but barely even a year into marriage, they separated.
