Summary
Naruto staggered a bit as he followed Sasuke. He was feeling a very familiar and very insistent heat start to pool in the pit of his stomach. As he watched Sasuke’s back, he noted that he seemed a little shaky and short breathed.
“Do you feel it too?”
Sasuke met his gaze with eyes that seemed darker than normal. His jaw tensed. He nodded.
“I can’t believe it,” Naruto muttered. He leaned on the wall, and groaned softly as he felt the heat in his body rise. “That pink smoke is making us horny.”

Summary

When Sasuke deserted the village in his quest for power in order to get stronger to defeat the person who had slaughtered his whole family, Naruto gave his all to chase him and save him from his hatred.

Summary
And here Sasuke is, three years after Naruto accepted the rank of Sasuke's nightmares, holding a little stick with two pink lines in a trembling hand and choking on his own breath.
The floor sways dangerously, to the point he has to drop to the floor, back against the wall, knees tucked in and head hanging in between his shoulders. Horror churns his stomach, so he's mildly grateful he's already near the toilet bowl in case he vomits.
It's almost like he's watching it from the outside, witnessing himself fall and crack on the tiles of the bathroom floor.
He's pregnant.
He's pregnant and whatever is growing inside him is Naruto's.
He's pregnant and he doesn't want a baby.

“What was that about?” Sasuke asked.
Naruto took hold of Sasuke, two hands clutching just above Sasuke’s elbows as his wild eyes searched Sasuke.
“You weren’t home.”
After a pause Sasuke asked, “Where did your real body go?”
“The path you took when you left the first time,” Naruto answered honestly.~
Post-war, Sasuke returns to the village with Naruto. Naruto has PTSD from Sasuke leaving (in the original series), leading him to grow more and more anxious that he'll lose Sasuke again. Meanwhile, Sasuke has made the choice to stay by Naruto's side, but Naruto's anxiety only seems to get worse.
