   Summary

   Jim had mastered the art of deception. He wasn't proud of it, having called out Strickler's lies so many times, but it was the only way to keep his friends and mother from worrying. For the past few days he had been hiding his true emotions, putting on a mask of happiness so that no one could see what was hidden behind his smiles and laughter.

   But everyone has a breaking point, and Jim broke in the place he least expected, with the person he least expected.
