The pack is under a lot of stress and take it out on Jungkook. They leave him alone for a week without knowing that he was presenting, everyone knows that an omega has to have someone with them when they present or else they could die from the unimaginable pain. but everything goes wrong and Jungkook, a presenting omega, happens to be alone.

Summary
“Yoongi…?” Jungkook whispers to himself, the only thing he caught out of that entire sentence. He can’t help but be distracted, though, the whole world a blur around him as his eyes fixate on the hand on Taehyung’s shoulder, gentle, but firm, a clearly warning touch, elegant, pale fingers that Jungkook knows he recognizes. As the world continues to fade away, his lips part slightly and he dares to let his gaze slide up along the arm connected to that hand, eyes getting wider and wider until he’s suddenly staring at that same nose again.
Just one look up. That’s all it would take.
Jungkook draws in a shaky breath, watching those pale pink lips move as he speaks to the disobedient boy, though he can’t make out a single word they’re saying.
One movement.
He holds his breath, heart racing.
And then, he looks.
“Jeon Jungkook, was it?”
(or: In an isolated academy deep in the woods, Jungkook is a Day Class student, one who is fervently obsessed and in love with a Night Class student, a silver haired boy he isn't allowed to interact with.)
