Summary
Yukimiya is the ruler of a peaceful and not too wide empire built on religion. Its economy thrives on the extraction and commerce of lapislazzuli, which has been used to decorate the entire state since the times of Yukimiya's ancestors.
Kaiser's empire is a way bigger and more belligerent territory, and Kaiser himself is the best purchaser of Yukimiya's lapislazzuli, as his servants create his hair dye out of the gem's powder.
Problems start when the lapis starts to go lacking, and Yukimiya exports progressively less quantity of the gem, causing the start of the failure of his own economy.
When export ceases entirely, Kaiser begins to throw a tantrum and threatens Yukimiya to give him all the powder he has or else he would cause a war and invade his territory.- Language:

The energy this kid radiates feels as refreshing as a breeze in a sunflower field, and it has the same tickly scent as lavender. It's an interesting mix, and Yukimiya is already fond of it.
