Summary
Mabel was down about what she heard of her brother's plans and while she was off in the woods, Blendin Blandin met up with her and gave her some kind words. Normally, these words would draw Mabel to give him the rift and kickstart Weirdmegeddon, but this time, Mabel gets an idea for an invention that will save her birthday and make everything better.
First couple chapters are in the original world, those beyond are when it becomes the crossovers with alternate stories. Because of this, I will be adding additional tags within the start notes that detail possible warnings I feel needs pointing out. Links to original works will also be added in these notes. I have requested and received permissions for each story that I have used so far.
I am making a small mention of it here, but the story didn't allow me to give credit with the co-author tag, so I will credit authors in the notes at the beginning of the chapter with the link to their story I used.
