Summary
Someone is standing by the panoramic windows. A straight-backed silhouette in a sweeping overcoat, framed by a dusky square of light-polluted sky. He turns around at the click of Mingyu’s gun but there is nothing on his face that conveys alarm; if anything, he looks tired and a bit melancholy in a way he tends to do without his glasses.
Mingyu stubbornly keeps his aim. He waits for the right sort of question to form through the fog in his mind, but all he can think of is paralysis demons. This vertiginous feeling that he is not yet awake. That reality, perhaps, is just another dream he got lost in.
