Sanji didn't understand. He was about to pass out. He had either become insane or hit by a devil fruit making him hallucinate.
It's been a couple of weeks since people started calling him Roronoa Sanji. At first, he hadn't been really worried because civilians often mixed them and marines were stupid. For Zeff, Sanji's only explanation was that the old man had finally gone senile. But this was completely different.
Why the hell did his bounty poster say Roronoa Sanji?

There’s no mistaking the sound of the cook's voice, but Zoro’s eyes narrow at the unfamiliar tone in it.
His hand is still on Wado.
“No way in hell,” Nami's voice rings out. “He’s not going anywhere, he's spoken for.”
This gives Bege pause, surprise flashing on his face before returning to a practised neutrality.
“Spoken for? As in—”
“As in, you can't have him,” Zoro should have let his Captain speak first, but his mouth opens almost on instinct, speaking over the big man as they join their crewmates.

Summary
“Anyway,” Zoro continued amid Sanji’s silence, “I’m not going to die.”
Sanji made a scoffing sound. “You can’t just decide that, asshole,” he said, tying off the thread. He trailed his fingertips over the jagged seam, checking for any imperfections. “You can’t cheat death.”
“We’ll see.”
To Sanji, Zoro is an enigma. An infuriating one, but one he is drawn to nonetheless. For as much self-assurance Zoro appears to have, Sanji has about as much self-doubt. If he can just understand what goes on inside that mossy head of his, maybe he can figure a few things out about himself as well.
Discovering that there might be something other than rivalry brewing between them, is something Sanji isn't quite prepared for.

Summary
(UNDERGOING A REWRITE!!)
Kaguya, the godess who wrecked havoc in the world. Obito, who helped in releasing the Ōtsutsuki, feels great regret in aiding the godess' freedom. What happens when Obito– the self-sacrificing idiot, finds a flimsy scroll in the Village of Swirls and uses it on Team Kakashi to fix his mess on a pure whim that it would work? While performing the justu/seal he said some things that kinda wonked the performance of it.
So, we got Team Kakashi getting sent back to the past to change the future but the past isnt really their past huh? If there are things that weren't there on their own timeline?
[but I haven't watched Naruto for a long time and the only knowledge I have gotten are from edits, and kakaobi fics.]
