Loosely inspired by a JIBCon 2023 comment: “We’ll never get closure on these characters. Not really.” Given the nature of death and the afterlife in the Supernatural universe, what does grief look like? What does closure?
Dean was a messiah of his own with miracles and sins in equal measure. Who needed Jesus, as a loud billboard proclaimed crossing through Macon, Georgia, when you had Dean in the driver’s seat, louder than any John 3:16?
