Jeongin tilts his head, the slits in his eyes rippling with interest. He watches. Studies. Nostrils flaring. Lips tugging into an amused smirk. “You’re not afraid of me.”
It’s more of a statement than a question. Chan flashes him a warm smile, taking a deliberate step in his direction. “Why would I fear my own creation? You were born of my will, just as everything else that lives and breathes.”
“There is no god. They’ve abandoned the Earth.” Jeongin replies with a dark chuckle.
“What makes you say that?”

Summary
“Chan,” Jeongin begins, but the rest of his words die on his tongue when the man giggles, his entire face blushing.
Jeongin watches—stares—as the man tries to hide his face behind his hands, but the box must be too heavy, or he might just be too giddy to actually do it properly, because Jeongin still has the perfect view of how his eyes curl into crescent moons, nose wrinkles cutely, and his full lips stretch into a smile that could have a man fall to his knees.
“I’m sorry,” Chan blinks, then giggles again, holding the box to his chest. “I didn’t think I’d ever hear you say my name.”
Oh, he’s adorable.
No wonder Jeongin didn’t feel alarmed.
How could he, when Chan is like this?
How could he, when Chan is practically offering him the strings that he has to pull?

Jeongin couldn't help it. Chan is just too captivating. How could he resist his stalker when he looks at Jeongin with such blinding trust?
