"That's pretty fucking gay, dude. Drunk actions are sober thoughts or whatever. You've had feelings for him for what, how long? Since UA?"
Katsuki doesn't correct him. He doesn't say that he doesn't know when the bitterness softened into tenderness, or that maybe he's had this gentle, furious ache for Izuku since the very beginning, since they were kids in a forest with scrapes on their knees and elbows and the world in their hands.
He doesn't know how to explain it, so Katsuki just says, "I don't have feelings for him."

“Speak! Now!” Katsuki ordered, gritting his teeth and fixing Kaminari with a death glare.“W- what are you talking about?” the other asked, holding up his hands placatingly.
“I mean, the fact that you told everyone that me and stupid Deku are a…” he hesitated, a displeased expression on his face, “a couple.”
“Oh,” Kaminari exhaled, relaxing a bit on the couch, “I didn’t think it was a secret. You two have no shame. You’re so obvious about it.”
“I don’t understand,” Izuku finally spoke. “We’re not together, Kaminari. Where did you even get that idea?”
Kaminari sees Midoriya come out of Bakugou's room one morning and accidentally (maybe) starts a landslide of rumors and misunderstandings.
