Summary
Shauna Shipman doesn’t believe in heroes anymore. Not since Jackie died.
She walks through New York with something colder under her skin. A voice that whispers in black, claws that answer grief with violence, and a hunger that doesn’t care who started the fight.
Melissa's bright-eyed, quick-tongued. Smiling behind a camera in class by day, slinging webs across rooftops by night. Shauna should tear her apart. She plans to.
But, in a city unraveling under a surge of symbiotic attacks, two girls orbit each other as rivals - inevitable. And eventually, as reluctant allies.
Because some monsters are made. Others are chosen.
And some are just lonely enough to reach back.

Summary
Shauna Shipman doesn’t do friends. She does slap shots, dirty hits, and post-game silence. Melissa Davis doesn’t do grudges, but she’ll make an exception for the Jersey Chainsaw Massacre. They’ve spent years yelling at each other across WNHL lines, trading blows and insults. Now forced to become teammates thanks to the fan-drafted Winter Classic Cup.
PR wants chemistry.
Their coach wants wins.
And all Melissa wants, is for Shauna to shut the hell up.

Summary
There must be questions in Shauna’s haggard brown eyes, because the woman continues, unprompted. “I’m a doctor.”
Shauna snorts. “You look like you fix mopeds behind a gas station.”
“You have a limp. Right leg. Mod’s fucked. Anchor tore through the joint. Probably shredded your tendon. Hack job?” She doesn’t wait for Shauna to respond. There’s no hesitation when she speaks. Confident. Shauna notices.
“No binding gel, no bone lock.”
Shauna says nothing. But her hand twitches.
The woman catches it. Her blue eyes grow less fearful. Just a little.
Or, season 3 Shauna meets a post-apocalyptic world, and a blue-eyed doctor from an opposing faction.

Summary
Gen nudges her, breath visible in the cool morning air. "Your girl's watching."
"She's not my girl," Mel mutters, dragging mismatched socks up higher on her calves. One's neon green. The other has a pizza slice on it.
"Yet," Mari adds, bouncing on her toes. "Although, respect for the effort. You look like a thrift store exploded."
"I dress for intimidation," Mel deadpans. "They'll think I'm unstable."
"Success," Gen says. "Now let's see if you can actually play."
Or, the cute soccer AU that never happened 'cause someone forgot how to fly a plane.
