It was term break and instead of heading back to Kent, Nick was on a train up north to Scotland where he was set to meet up with Charlie and their secondary school friends, dubbed the Paris Squad by Darcy. Darcy was also the architect of the impending adventure they were all embarking on, always the person to actually make her crazy ideas a reality.
Or, the Paris Squad meets up at a castle over uni term break, and snow once again plays a big part in Nick and Charlie’s relationship.
