Summary
Just pixels, far as the eye can see. Pixelly sky and pixelly sea. Pixelly boats to sail on the endless squares of blue. Pixel people regurgitating pixel script to him, over and over and over again.
But Ed’s got an inkling, based on absolutely fuck all, that ‘Stede’ is not one of them. ‘Stede’ doesn’t feel like one of them.
(or: Ed is trapped in a pirate video game. Maybe Stede is too?)

Summary
"You know, Father," he says, voice much steadier than he feels, "I imagine in your profession you spend a lot of time on your knees." He pauses on the last button, close to his throat, and makes sure the priest's eyes are on his. "Want me to show you what other kinds of worship you can do on your knees?"

Ed attends costume night at Spanish Jackie'z and meets a beautiful man dressed as a priest. Obviously, he has to have a taste of him ASAP. Hopefully he's not bothered by the tinkling bell on Ed's kitten collar, as Ed takes him down his throat...Bookmarked by skudiklier

Summary
“I see the way you look at me. I think I know what you’re trying to do, Ed. And I want to say I appreciate it, but…” Stede’s voice drifts off as his hand glides up and down Ed’s forearm. “It can’t happen.”
“No?” Ed’s voice comes out breathy, a whisper as he steps into Stede’s space, takes a swig of his drink, sets it down next to Stede’s, and places his free hand on his chest.
Now it’s Stede’s turn to strain to breathe. “Edward. I’m 15 years older than you, a professor at the school you’re attending, and your boss. There are probably a half dozen more reasons it’s wrong,” he says, but instead of stepping away he pulls Ed in by his arm and closes the space between them. Stede licks his lips as he looks down at Ed’s mouth.
“I won’t tell if you don’t,” Ed whispers.OR
Ed is a college student and babysitter for the Bonnets'. He's also a camboy on the side. Stede is kind of a pathetic mess, but he's trying his best.Bookmarked by skudiklier

Summary
Ed tries on his parenting hat for a day and takes Alma to a baseball game.
It had actually been Stede’s idea for Ed to take Alma to a baseball game, just the two of them. Ed loves baseball, has loved it ever since he first wandered to the ballpark on a whim when he moved to the States fifteen years ago, and he had been so excited to take Stede and the kids to their very first game this summer as an anniversary present. The day itself had partially lived up to the expectations he had set for himself. Stede and Louis couldn’t get into the game no matter how hard Ed tried to engage them with it, preferring to spend the afternoon distracted by everything but the baseball - watching the seagulls hovering over the stadium, pointing out fans sporting increasingly ridiculous outfits, giggling as they split a bag of cotton candy. Alma, though - Alma was watching the field from the moment they found their seats.
