Summary
The land dwellers of the East Valley and the mermaids of the West Sea have been in constant conflict since the beginning of time. The people of each kingdom have been taught to despise the other, despite not knowing the reason of how their feud between the two even started. There are a lot of uncertainties concerning the history of their battles, but one fact rings clear above the commotion: land dwellers and mermaids are sworn enemies.
That’s how it’s supposed to be. And yet, when Rosa, a mermaid, lies in the arms of Luke, a land dweller, the two of them can’t think of anywhere else they would rather be.
